Tim Heggie

He believes strongly that the lessons learned through hockey—discipline, teamwork, resilience, and accountability—are powerful tools that translate directly into life beyond the rink. With many years of coaching experience under his belt, Tim has led multiple teams each season and is widely respected for his exceptional defensive knowledge and strategic approach to the game. He emphasizes the importance of hard work, consistency, and a growth mindset as keys to player development. Off the ice, Tim works as a journeyman powerline technician with Fortis Alberta. Whether at the rink or on the job, he brings a tireless work ethic and a team-first attitude to everything he does. Tim is a passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable coach who takes pride in helping players reach their full potential—both as athletes and as individuals. |
Vince MacDougall
 | VP - Executive Board Member Vince is a former goaltender who brings a calm, focused, and disciplined approach. With years of experience in the crease, he offers young goalies a strong foundation in technical skills, game awareness, and mental resilience. He’s committed to helping young athletes build confidence and develop the mental toughness needed to thrive in one of hockey’s most demanding roles. Professionally, Vince holds an operational leadership role within the oil and gas industry, where he manages teams with a strong emphasis on accountability, respect, communication, and execution. He leads with clarity and purpose, ensuring that people understand both the standard and the objective. Quiet by nature, Vince is all about showing up with consistency and care. He’s deeply committed to his family, and brings that same steady support and dedication to the athletes he mentors. |

With a strong background in business, Kyle’s led high-performing teams in a bunch of different industries. His experience in operations, strategy, and team development gives him a unique edge. He’s the kind of leader who knows when to bring structure, when to adapt and how to bring out the best in every player. Kyle’s love for the game runs deep — but what really stands out is how much he cares about helping players grow as both athletes and people. |
Hasen Aboughoche
 | VP - Executive Board Member Hasen Aboughoche, born and raised in High River, remains deeply rooted in the community. He brings a calm, steady presence to the organization and is intentional about the atmosphere surrounding the team. For Hasen, culture matters, creating an environment that feels positive, respectful, and welcoming, where families feel connected and valued. Outside of hockey, Hasen has built a successful real estate business for over 16 years. He is also co-owner of Steakhouse By My Pizza, a business driven by high standards and hospitality, where attention to detail and guest experience are a priority. Those same principles guide his approach within the team setting. Hasen’s focus is on setting a standard where every player is supported, challenged, and given the opportunity to grow both on and off the ice. |
